This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for New England Braiding Co., Inc.’s website; http://anti-keystone.com and other associated domains (collectively, the “Sites”). This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by the Sites, except where stated otherwise.

New England Braiding Co., Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Information Collected

We may collect information from the following available sources.

• Direct Email and/or call from you, we maintain records about our interactions and communications with you. We also maintain records related to customer support and customer service-related requests, including the nature of the request, in order to process questions or comments directed to our customer service team, or to settle complaints. For questions or comments directed to our customer service team relating to an order or invoice, or in the event of a product complaint, we may require additional information about the product, for example, product size, time and place of purchase and additional information about previous inquiries.
• If you submit information to us by sending an Email via nebco@anti-keystone.com or by filling out a “contact” or “RFQ” form, we may save your Email address as well as any other information you provide.
• Through parties who may have provided your information on your behalf (such as others within your company or organization and/or any other approved representative or agent).
• From United States based, third-party service providers such as Google Analytics.
• Some areas of the Platforms may allow you to comment, share or post other content. We keep a record of our content and/or the comments or related posts and it may be viewable by other users of the Platforms.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on the Sites. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Other Information We Collect

To help us understand the use of the Sites by users, improve your experience on the Sites and aid us in marketing and managing the Sites and our services, we may also collect information as to how you were directed to the Sites and our services, how you navigate around them, what products or services you browse and/or which external websites or links you access from the Sites.

Children’s Privacy

New England Braiding Co., Inc does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from children under the age of 13. By using the Sites or other digital/online Platforms, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use our Sites or send us any information through any digital/online Platforms. If it is discovered that any information received from a user of the Platforms was provided by anyone under the age of 13, we will attempt to delete the information from all files or records. If users are between the ages of 13 and 18 we encourage receiving permission from your parents or guardians before sending any information to New England Braiding Co., Inc.

Use of Your Information

• We will use any information provided to us to fulfill the reason you provided the information, for example, to fulfill a quote request or answer any submitted questions, comments or complaints regarding our products or services. We may also provide troubleshooting, fulfill other requests, provide technical support and for other customer service and support purposes.
• We may add your contact information to our marketing distribution list, so you can receive periodic promotional emails that we think may be of interest to you, including newsletters, special offers or promotions, in relation to our products or services, customer surveys and industry updates.

Social Media Platforms and Websites

Any information, communications, or material of any type that you submit to any third-party websites (including, but not limited to any New England Braiding Co., Inc. related or controlled pages contained on a Platform, such as LinkedIn, YouTube or Twitter) by email, posting, messaging, uploading, or otherwise, is done at your own risk and without any expectation of privacy.

New England Braiding Co., Inc. cannot control the actions of other users of any Platforms and we are therefore not responsible for any content or submissions contained on such Platforms.

Confidentiality and Security

We use reasonable precautions to keep user information disclosed to us secure. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place commercially reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collect for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.

Sharing Personal Information

We may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose:

Category A: Identifiers.
Category D: Commercial Information.

We disclose your personal information for a business purpose to the following categories of third parties:

● Our affiliates.
● Service providers.
● The parties to whom you or your agents authorize us to disclose your personal information in connection with products or services we provide to you.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal information.

Your Rights and Choices

The CCPA provides consumers (California residents) with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.

Access to Specific Information

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

  • The categories of personal information we collected about you.
  • The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
  • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.
  • The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.
  • The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
  • If we sold or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, two separate lists disclosing:
    • sales, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient purchased; and
    • disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained.
Deletion Requests

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

1. Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
2. Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
3. Exercise free speech, to ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.
4. Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 seq.).
5. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
6. Comply with a legal obligation.
7. Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Exercising Your Rights

To exercise your rights as described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by contacting us at the “contact us” information located at the bottom of this page:

Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

● Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person or an authorized representative of the person we collected personal information on.
● Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

● Deny you goods or services.
● Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
● Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
● Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.


Visiting our Platforms from Outside of the United States

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province/territory, or country where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those where you live. As a result, this information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, law enforcement officials and national security authorities in the United States according to its laws.

By submitting your consent to cookies and/or personal information, you consent to having your personal data transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States.


Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information

New England Braiding Company, Inc., may disclose information when legally compelled to do so. When we, in good faith, believe that the law or legal proceedings requires us to do so such as a subpoena or warrant including responding to national security or law enforcement disclosure requirements or for the protection of our legal rights such as enforcing or administering our Agreements and Terms.


This policy statement is made in the name of New England Braiding Company, Inc., and is effective as of December 31, 2021. This statement does not create an agreement between New England Braiding Company, Inc., and users, and as such, does not create any legal rights for any party.
